I can't create alchemy stones

Hello gius!!! I have this problem with the alchemy:

As you can see here, i can't create any alchemy stone.
Unfortunately, there are no syserr, and honestly, since the message is incomprehensible, i don't know what to search...
Do you guys have any idea of what it can be?
Note: This only happen when a game master character (IMPLEMENTOR and so on), wiht a normal character, it works normally
