We are finalizing the development of our Metin2 private server, an ambitious and innovative project aimed at providing a stable and enriching gaming experience. Our "New-School" server stands out with its unique systems, refined gameplay, and significant quality-of-life improvements. To ensure a smooth launch and further enhance our project, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team. The positions available are:

- Beta Tester

- Game Master

- Super Game Master

- Community Manager

Important:

Our server is international, and for all the positions, we require a minimum level of English proficiency to facilitate communication within the team.

 

Available Positions:

 

| Beta Tester

Responsibilities:

• Test new game features and systems.
• Identify and report bugs, glitches, and other technical issues.
• Provide constructive feedback on game balance and user experience.
• Actively participate in scheduled testing sessions and feedback discussions.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of the Metin2 universe.
• Ability to identify and clearly describe encountered issues.
• Motivation and diligence in testing.
• Availability to regularly participate in testing sessions.
• English proficiency to communicate effectively with the team.

 

| Game Master

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth running of in-game events and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Assist players by answering questions and resolving issues.
• Moderate in-game chat to prevent abuse and toxic behavior.
• Collaborate with the team to continually improve the player experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Game Master or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Metin2 mechanics and systems.
• Strong communication and conflict management skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle stressful situations.
• English proficiency to communicate effectively with the team.

| Super Game Master

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Game Master team and coordinate their activities.
• Make important decisions regarding moderation and player management.
• Organize and lead special in-game events.
• Analyze player feedback and suggest gameplay improvements.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in team management and online game moderation.
• Excellent knowledge of advanced Metin2 features.
• Leadership, organizational skills, and proactivity.
• Analytical skills to interpret player feedback.
• English proficiency to communicate effectively with the team.

| Community Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage communications on forums, social media, and other platforms.
• Create and publish engaging content to inform and retain the community.
• Organize community events and contests.
• Respond to player questions and concerns online.
• Gather community feedback and relay it to the development team.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in online community management, ideally in the gaming industry.
• Creativity and ability to produce attractive content.
• Good listening skills and ability to handle feedback and criticism constructively.
• English proficiency to communicate effectively with the team.
