@JinHan i still have this after import your .py and sql.

I changed little bit your sql file only changed INSERT INTO to INSERT IGNORE INTO and now i imported skills.

I can't import this using navicat. There are my files 

On warrior body, ninja dagger and archer i don't have problem I can add points and use skills.
