I have one question: would this game core work also with 2089M server files?

I have a problem with packing item_proto.xml -> item_proto. This convertes sets this values Socket0="0" Socket1="0" Socket2="0" and client doesn't work anymore because of this. Is there maybe source code of this tool so i can fix this? If not, is there any other tool that has this fixed (metin2dev_archiver also doesn't work for me)?

Is there any tool available that can convert mob_proto.xml to Sql insert's?

Does anyone know how to fix blessing scroll bug?

EDIT: First bug fixed. It was set wrong environment file in client devilcatacomb map. Correct was  "Environment    map_devilsCatacomb.msenv".

I have some problem with my metin2 files:

1. Devil's catacomb has some sky bug (you can see it in the picture). Which files do i have to edit to fix this? What is missing?
2. Item "blessing scroll" doesn't work and it cannot be dragged to upgrade items (it is red instead of yellow while i drag it on item). What do i have to change in DB and in item_proto so it will work?

When i want to teleport to devils catacomb using quest i get this syserr in client. What is wrong?

I cannot access to mysql to change DB password. I tryed with "mysql -u root" but it also gives error 1045. Any other solution how to fix this?

Isn't this version 34k game? At least in VERSION.txt says it is...

what is pong of game file? I cannot find "testtesttestest" or "1234abcd5678efgh".

Every client files that i have found online had viruses so i cannot test server files. Has anyone working client with surakopf (so i can test it on hamachi) and no viruses for daroo client (i also tryed multiclient by marco / also a virus farm) or client by [sA]Signe. Is there any universal client that can be used? Or is there any way for 34k files to work on hamachi (so other can connect too)?

Does anyone know where can i get metin2 r.2089M client (it needs to support login for hamachi users)? There are very little of them online and they are infected with viruses. I have working server r.2089M (my goal is to have LAN metin2 game for 4 players) but i cannot find any client that could connect to it.

Do i need surakopf.exe or something to make this client work for hamachi (so others can connect to it)? Or do i just have to edit Metin2.exe and metin2.bin pong and serverinfo.py?

Sure you create hamachi server but others won't be able to connect to it. Which files do you use in tutorial?

Can somebody tell me which files i have to modify in client to add items (item.epk, icon.epk ect...?). I'm combining 2 client's data together (items, weapons...) and i would like to know which files i have to modify.

One more question about translate: do i have to edit item_proto, mob_proto separately for server side, client and database or is there any way to do it once for all of them? because if you have to do it tree times its pretty stupid.  I work now on 40k files. i see that server side item_proto has different items than database and client. Is server item_proto working at all?

for sure you can use them if you are not bored of translating , they are good but still have buggs.

Well its nicer to see english than romanian or som other language that i don't understand at all

Is there any guide how to add new items to game?

I won't use them to make money using them. I just need them to play occasionally with gf (make some demon tower runs) and to learn more about this files.

No special purpose. I changed it back. Which server files would you recommend me? I'm looking for something that is not modified and use just items and mobs like official server (my girlfriend and i will play it from time to time, private) Right now this server files have many modifications.

Isn't this server side problem?

On server side when i change folder name "/home/game/share/locale/hongkong" to "/home/game/share/locale/english" and change in database mkey "locale" to english i receive error on metin2 server startup. It says that locale/english/quest/locale_,lua cannot be read, no such file or directory. Do you maybe know how to fix this? Thank you in advance.

I have server and client files in romanian language (Athra metin2 files, it was the best i could find - are there any better files?) and i want to translate it to english. I would like to ask which files do i have to translate on server and which one on client (2013 files r34083)? I also would like to know what would be the best way to translate database item_proto and mob_proto?
