Shogun was helpful at all time, not only by blocking attacks, but also explaining why they we're working and how they are blocked.
Besides, he was available everytime I've contacted him, and always very understanding and kind.
Even if an attack can't be fixed in 10 minutes, just have patience and trust. He never gives up (especially in my case where 4 days there were battles between attackers and him), so I can only recommend him!
