Oh yes and a good method anti flood , is a good protection for serverinfo.py , you can crypt only serverinfo in your launcher with themida.

I mean this because they can just find your ports trough root .. so try to find something

True, but there are a lot of kids that doesn't know that... I think if you want to prevent ddos you have to create a lot of systems of protections to defend against kids... you'll have no way agaisnt professionists I guess but in metin2 is hard to find a professionist

exactly the port is 22 the ftp standard one, so the ftp should be protected with this method.

But just the server files will be protected and NOT the database

Im not an expert programmer but I can tell you that is a big job and you'll need also a 3d modeller that makes all the 3d models! That's the biggest part, programming is secondary for this, and also you need to think about what helmets and shield to add because there are some weaks unused and some good always used, because of course you can't add all the helmets and shields of the game because thats called time wasting
