€dit: Well after I paid extra for an automatic btc payment, which isnt working for weeks now and since 5 days they are ignoring my request to fix it, I´m not quite sure if I could still recommand this service. Also functions/sites like PIN Change or Password Change aren´t working for me and I dont get any support at all anymore. 

We are working all the time, we want to help everyone with issues and sometimes you have to wait... [btw.  We don't work on weekends but now we are here to help you!]
