Hello, to texture MDE files, after setting up the UV maps if you export it as a MDE afterwards it gets broken down.
What is the proper way to save it with its UV map edited?

In locale/xx/item_list.txt add this line
9999 WEAPON icon/item/9999.tga d:/ymir work/item/weapon/9999.gr2
Replace "9999" with value of your weapon / icon / and the gr2 file

Hi Metin2dev users!
Couldn't find anything about adding a new weapon to game. We have only 3d models and we want to create whole new weapon so we created item proto and tried to add models to pack but still cant see it in game can someone explain with deatiled?

Buying a 40k is not a great idea I suppose theres so many things should be get fixed. Who to trust?

i said what i said bcz of this :
I'm considering buying a 40k
if it is a live server then i do not recommend do in it directly.most of the problem is with the protos , since most ppl still use the protos from db this could cz real problems. any way , updating is not a problem .
btw, if you do not plane on using your own src then do not upgrade. (there is no point in using 40k files without src anyway)
Skype is chiifq but it's a live server tho we have 1.8k+ players on daily. And 34k is not enough for us we want to add new systems and stuffs.

The error is Acces denied Crn20jF *metin2 access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password no ) and bla bla stuffs and doesnt let me start the server.

Create new user for localhost and set privileges after change with this
PLAYER_SQL: 127.0.0.1 crn2OjF !23@ player COMMON_SQL: 127.0.0.1 crn2OjF !23@ common LOG_SQL: 127.0.0.1 crn2OjF !23@ log
and don't forget conf.txt
SQL_ACCOUNT = "127.0.0.1 account acc pass 0" SQL_PLAYER = "127.0.0.1 player acc pass 0" SQL_COMMON = "127.0.0.1 common acc pass 0" SQL_HOTBACKUP = "127.0.0.1 hotbackup acc pass 0"
We did the same thing for all CONFIGs in game cores but it stilled asked to us Crn20jF.. Ahh probably we forgot the conf.txt

Hello there!
I'm DEV of Turkish server named by ZeoNMt2 (zeonmt2.com) and we came across with a weird problem we are using the old German 34K Files Carina2 or something like that but the thing is on Navicat without the root and pw stuffs you can also login with CRN 2and CRN2's password and when we delete it we can't start the game properly.
We went to /usr/game/cores ( ch1-2-3-4 / game 1-99 ) and edited all the config's admin password things and it didn't worked for us too can you help me with that?

Hello,
if you don't have the text separated, first you can separate it then add a new text and make it look like the first one.
If you already have it without merged you can simply click and re-type.
