Tatsumaru's post in War Hair - 2.1 model [BUG] was marked as the answer
Probably most people know well that the alpha channel in the texture is responsible for the shine of armor or weapons, right? However, there are models that use the texture's alpha channel in a different way, namely, it is used to determine what is visible and what is not. As a result, you can easily and quickly make troublesome parts of the model, such as hair or fur, which would otherwise require more polygons and workload.
Back to your problem. Probably your texture or model has been edited and the fact of transparency has not been taken into account.

These hairs are the original metin model and you can find them under the name hair_50_1.gr2 (metin2_patch_easter2016). You will find the unpacked files of the official server in this forum.
