You are probably linking the cryptopp library from extern and using headers from the installed package, which is no good and won't work. Just delete the cryptopp from extern completely and use the installed one. -

That's why I said to not compile it yourself and just install it with the package manager, or from ports, if you insist on compiling it again, which I doubt. -

Why would you even compile cryptopp yourself in the first place, just use the one that comes from package manager, it's not a rocket science
