Hi, anyone can describe how the table affect works?

What is the use of the columns?

dwPID -> Id of the character

bType -> ???

bApplyOn -> ??

lApplyValue -> ???

dwFlag -> ??

lDuration -> ??

lSPCost -> ??

bType : Type of skill

bApplyOn : Bonus to add

IApplyValue: value of bonus

dwFlag: are no

IDuration: duration of skill or bonus

IPSCost: SP Required
