Hello,

The problem is that after when I want to connect my game closes after the loading bar. . :-( Here is the sysser:

0304 10:55:00368 :: UNKNOWN IME[1036]

0304 10:55:09190 ::
playerSettingModule.py(line:1539) LoadGameData
playerSettingModule.py(line:642) __InitData

LoadGameData - exceptions.AttributeError:'module' object has no attribute 'EFFECT_HP_RECOVERY'

0304 10:55:09190 :: ============================================================================================================
0304 10:55:09190 :: Abort!!!!

I managed to connect to the character selection by going in and removing playerSettingModule.py file :

It looks the binary haven't got EFFECT_HP_RECOVERY module. I checked in the source and the effect still not exist.

1. HORSE_RIDING_SKILL not exist in the binary

2. The ShowMapName has been called with invalid arguments. Replace the ShowMapName event with this in game.py:

	# SHOW_LOCAL_MAP_NAME
	def ShowMapName(self, mapName):

		if self.mapNameShower:
			self.mapNameShower.ShowMapName(mapName)

		if self.interface:
			self.interface.SetMapName(mapName)
	# END_OF_SHOW_LOCAL_MAP_NAME

(For information we are trying to connect to these files : http://metin2dev.org/board/topic/47-original-metin2-rain-files/ with this client :  http://metin2dev.org/board/topic/45-metin2-2004-beta-client/

That's pretty difficult to do. You are trying to connect a 2004 client to 2007 files... between 2004 and 2007 the code changed a lot.

Loic has managed to do, taking some files from a 2006 client. I tried my turn, taking the files it told me:

root
- uiscript
- locale_fr
- season1

..........................
