Where it says new config options, all i have to do it's add that config to my configs?

yes, that's all.

 

I've created a list with all the new config-options. You can add every option you want to use into your CONFIG-file and change the value to everything you want.

MAX_STATUS: int

means you can use it like this:

MAX_STATUS: 100

This will set the maximum status point you can distribute on every stat to 100 (so you'd possibly have 100 con, int, str and dex). There're more options to explore. You can also set special stat limits, so you can allow up to 100 points in con, 200 points in int, 150 points in str and 100 points again in dex. You're free to do what you want, just look at the CONFIG-options I posted in my thread.
