Quest help

Hi guys i have a few questions for you.

1. is it possible do a quest where mob will be agressive attacking just a one empire? So par ex. dog will be agressive attacking only a jinno empire? 

 

2. Do you know where i can find a system for new slots for shield, helmet and shoes - viz. screen:

2) You can see on screen 2 slots like is in armor for stones. And this system is something like stone for shield, boots and helmet.

for 2 do you mean adding ston to  the shos and helm and shiled

Yes i know that this system is do for quest and maybe with function mysql_query but i am not shure and i cant find anything.
