Problem with Compile

Good day, 
Slowly I do not know what more should I do. 
I have for source line novaline game and db compile, 
But if I then start server I get a connection refused error message

Could you go in the DBManager.cpp and go there:

void CDBManager::SetLocale(const char * szLocale)

The correct syntax is:

void CDBManager::SetLocale(const char * szLocale)
{

for (int n = 0; n < SQL_MAX_NUM; ++n)
{
