Hey guys, I have this little bug on my files, was wondering if I could get some help here.
So my problem is as follows, skills that have the ability to slow another character or mob down, the affect/effect doesn't work at all, and compared to working files its config seems to be right, any idea on how to solve this?

Fixed reload function and std::async launch policy. It was using std::launch::async before but to let the operating system use thread pooling (msvc implementation) it had to be std::launch::async | std::launch::deferred.
