The problem of speaking between kingdoms

Hi, I'm having a problem with my server. Talks between different kingdoms are not visible.

 

 

above: if you are in different kingdom

below: if you're in the same kingdom

NOTE : if you are in a GM account, you can see all the messages.

Fast solution:

 

On first login welcome quest do:

            pc.set_skill_level (126, 59)
            pc.set_skill_level (127, 59)
            pc.set_skill_level (128, 59)

If the problem is still present with the language skill P, you have to fix some issue related.

The problem persists. The language ring doesn't solve the problem too.

Maybe your CONFIG files overwrite it.

 

I have this in config files: empire_whisper: 0

 

And every non gm player can see the other kingdom's whisper/chat.

there is no such option in my config file
