Disappearing items

Hi, I've got problem with disappearing items and I'm looking forward help. (My English is sooooooooo strange )

When I give items by quest they appear at busy slot and make disarray.

Syserr from game, db is clear:

I have same problem, I using special inventory

I stopped using SQL proto, just it. I'm not sure what was wrong exactly.
