one problem, offline shop npc disappear (value npc 30000) after /reload regen ... please how i fix that?

solveded... the problem was some protections on locale.cpp

I have a strange problem with the binary client after compiling with success it after implementing a new system, the binary does not open (I have no syserr errors). Loads but does not open as if there was an argument but this is not there... Please any ideas?
