Permanent dew and buffs

Hey guys i have a problem, everything it's working but you can use the buff twice if you activate the permanent one you can use the normal one and then you have the buffs x2...

i mean if you have those activated https://metin2.download/picture/L7lvUML4YPH89HC1MnE7F0hQYNB6y0so/.png you can use the normal ones too
