[Help] Party Heal, does it work for you?

Hello, I'm tryong to understand how the Party Heal should work, I think I have everything in the server side and client side but the button doesn't show up.

When should it be ready for use the first time?

Does this works normally for you?

I removed the" if (0) " and it works fine, thank you
