Lycans use daggers' shining effects by default. Of course that is wrong, it's a lazy way of dealing with the fact that clients do not support Lycans' weapon shinings by default.

You would have to make the effect for the lycans' weapons, or take it from official servers, adapt your shining code inside the launcher to support it, and then link it via playersettingmodule to the effect file for the Lycan.

Just open fuken files and study them 

 

Search inside for: bell / claw / dagger etc. 

You need of 5 files for all races.
