Error at Happiness2 server files start

I'm having a problem starting my server with the Happiness2 files in my dedicated. Here is an image of the problem below.

I have already performed the process of restoring the database of the files, I have already checked the integrity of the files too, and everything is ok. Also, the syserr of the db does not contain anything, after I have given a "set global connect_timeout = 100;" in MySQL. Before that, the following was included:
