Lastest version have problems like if you have text translated in locale_string, notepad++ change all, same problem with localeinfo.py with special korean characters.

Yes, and more little bit problems.. Thats why is sublime better.. Working without one problem and has same functions..

Go to config -> option- MISC and remove the hook at "auto encoding" and you're done with this problem lol.

Nope, I have tried this and many other things but still have the same problem. Honestly I like to use notepad ++ before sublimetext (although I also use it for some things). The solution I found was to install an old version (to edit files with different encoding) and in turn to have the latest version installed for normal things.

btw, I think we're talking about a different subject than the question itself ... hahaha, I'm sorry @Cunoo

			return false;
		}

These symbols in LC_TEXt you can find in locale_string normal
