  1. Moinsen, Ich möchte ein Projekt starten, welche Clean Files/Client + Source! kann bzw sollte ich dafür am besten nutzen? Wenn ihr Vorschläge habt bitte mit Links zu den Files/Source/Libs.   3. Hi guys. I am looking for someone who could help me to resolve this problem asap. My problem is that after we moved everything to dedicated servers I started getting Lost connection to MySQL server at 'waiting for initial communication packet' system error 0 However I can still use navicat as from time to time it lets me connect and open tables but get this error very often when opening new tables etc Also logging in to the game takes ages and often gets lag when I try to use teleport, but it also works from time to time. After a while of playing EQ becomes unusable and NPC shops stop working. After a successful teleport everything goes back to normal and all works. If a teleport fails and gets lag on black bars I need to re-login. Our www doesnt work because it times out on connection with our game mysql. Also I need to mention that for my technician from Poland and server is located in Poland, navicat work smooth, logging in works smooth but he only sometimes get a problem with unusable EQ and shops. Everything worked perfect on VPS servers. If anyone has idea or fix I could even pay if fixed.
  4. Hi guys! I'm trying to find in source files a point where I can initialize a new table in player called player.mount. I would like to take the character id at it creation and do an INSERT INTO query into the new table. I need to do it only once. Does anyone know where I can find the query which initializes the character for the first time?

    open Kick for no reason

    Hello community. I have a problem, at my server. I removed sequence system (i read a tutorial at this forum) and i removed it successfully. For some reason, now my server has random kicks. Server works fine for 3-4 days, but at 5th day, when players connect and try to move or do something, they get kicked instantly. I have no error at sysser or any game.core. I dont know whats going on, but i think its because of sequence system. Any ideas? does anyone had this problem? can you suggest me what i should look for to fix it? Thanks for your time.
  7. Hey, ich hab ein kleines Problem. Irgentwie spinnt meine Binary. Wenn ich die umschalttaste drücke und zahlen von 1 bis 5 drücke verändert sich die Bodenfarbe wie im GIF zu sehen. Ich habe eine andere Binary die das nicht gemacht hat, leider ist mir der Source davon abhanden gekommen weshalb ich eine Binary neu aufbauen musste. Nun bin ich mir noch nicht ganz sicher ob das schon so mit einem sauberen Source so war oder ob das nachträglich gekommen ist. Einen sauberen Source möchte ich ungerne nochmal zum schauen nutzen da ich so oder so den Source bearbeiten müsste damit er vernünftig mit der game kommunizieren kann. Was mir auch aufgefallen ist, ist das der DT Boden schwarz ist, was ebenfalls bei der älteren binary nicht der fall war. Ich weiß echt nicht mehr weiter wie ich das problem lösen kann, und hoffe auf unterstützung... wäre sehr nett English: I've got a problem with my Binary. When i press the Shift Key + a number of 1 - 5 then changing the groundtexture to Colors. I think this is a Problem of the Binary because i have a other binary from old client and he have no problems with this. But i can't not to use this binary, i do not have the source anymore. Comes from upgrading the granny? Or a Direct X Failure? Its only the Binary or its the other clientside to fix this Problem? The Deviltower has always a black ground and by press the Shift Key the wall is a little bit trancparent. Sorry for my bad english...

Hello i am asking help because long time ago a friend with 1 click replaced every single KOREAN IDEOGRAMS with theyr respective numbers like this exemple: inside the item proto we have colums , and with every korean words we do have its value in number but in other files we only have korean words like in common drop item... i'd like to instantly replace those korean words with theyr respective value .   17. Hey guys, i implemented new emoticons from official server to my client and I found a problem. When I will "spam" these emoticons by clicking on some of them many times in a row I'll be disconnected from the server. Syslog from channel: CHAT_HACK: (player name) It's actually some protection for chat hack implemented in source. I want to know if it's useless protection and I can simply remove it.     open Quest scrolls problem

    Hey guys, I have a problem with quest scrolls. I have a two quests with a send letter function: In quest_list they are sorted: My interfacemodule.py fucntions are: My uicharacter functions are: And the problem is: - You can see on the picture the quests mentioned above. But quest_test2 is shown on the left side as test1 and the quest_test1 is shown on the left side as test2. And in the quest window is test1 shown as quest_test2 and quest_test1 as test1. I think it's caused by YMIR code, but I have no idea how to fix it. PS: If I remember it right, if you have more than 2 quests you can't see this problem.     open Granny model error

    Hi guys, I convert all models in client with recompiled preprocessor to granny 2.11.. 90% models working good, but I have a lot problems with some models.. My syserr: GRANNY: File has run-time type tag of 0x80000010, which doesn't match this version of Granny (0x80000039). Automatic conversion will be attempted. Someone know how I can repair this manually + how separate "bad" models? I have problems with season1, maybe zone.. But I do not have more specific informations.. Btw. I dont want disable granny error in source.. Do not post me code for this, I know how.. Thanks!
