I think it's impossible, because there aren't byte for write. it actually is possible. you can do it by following this tutorial (although it's in german) [Hidden Content]

hm okay.. it's not like i need unreal engine 4 but higher quality models, speedtree7, better rendering, etc

So as the source has been published, it's possible to improve the graphics engine of metin2 (as it is pretty outdated). so my question is: do i also have to change things in the serverside part? i think yes, but i'm not sure, as my programming skills are not that advanced yet.

but is it trustworthy? ofc there are several links but i would prefer a reliable source for the download. and also the "full" source, because i read on some thread in elitepvpers that there were also incomplete source files in circulation.

Hey there, I had nothing to do with Metin2 for approximately 4 years and now everybody here and on other boards is talking about the source of the metin2 game file. I already read several threads about it but i can't find any link. May i ask someone to send me a link? Best regards, dRain02
