    If I'm not mistaken, the texture bug has already been fixed in the official servers via the Update 20.4. I recommend you to download the current .de models here: 

    You can find the spider dungeon models in: D:\ymir work\zone\dungeon\spider_dungeon.

    Try it out and let me know if your problem has been fixed.

    I'm sure you messed up something in your folder structure.

    Even your property folder should not display in your object list.

    For example your property folder should look like this:

    D:\ymir work\property

     

    E.g:
    The subfolders will then look like this:

    D:\ymir work\property\a

     

    I believe that your folder structure looks like this:

    ⚠️D:\ymir work\property\property\a\....⚠️

    (This is a wrong structure)

     

    Of course, this applies to all other folders as well!

     

    E.g the folder 'zone':

    D:\ymir work\zone

     

     

    The subfolders will then look like this, for example:

    D:\ymir work\zone\a

     

    I hope that was somehow understandable.

    Sorry I do not have this package anymore.
    Just look in the official client and you can take it from there.
    The base model for example of warrior is:  warrior_5_1.gr2

    So you just need the texture: warrior_5_1_jin.dds

    The icons are: 12050.tga, 12060.tga, 12070.tga, 12080.tga, 12090.tga. 

     

    For the Group Shape Data:

    Search for ShapeIndex 31
