Your bin reads only until SourceSkin2, you need to extend it.
Go to GameLib\RaceDataFile.cpp and search:

The problem is when a player enters the game and then exits after some time, and enters again the last things he did that are not saved and returns to the first place in which he was, meaning the last things that he did are not saved, and if he enters he will not find what he did
